The Democratic Party loves to cry about violence and social injustices. Their followers engage in riotous behaviors, which typically end up with people being hurt or even killed. They believe they have the right to take things away from people the Constitution protects. And their latest attempt at limiting freedom revolves around the right to own guns.
Gavin Newsom is the self-righteous liberal governor terrorizing Californians with his socialist agenda. The slick-headed man is so angry with Republicans and people wanting to exercise their right to bear arms that he is purposely doing things to strike back at those that hold to life, liberty, and happiness.
Newsom signed into law a bill that allows people affected by gun violence to sue gunmakers every time a gun they make is used violently. He believes the gunmaker is responsible for how the weapon is used by an owner or the person using the gun. He acts like the gun has a brain and entices people to pull the trigger.
Newsbreak reported that Gavin Newsom stated, “To the victims of gun violence and their families: California stands with you. The gun industry can no longer hide from the devastating harm their products cause.” The sadistic man hopes to scare people from wanting to buy guns to limit how many the public has in its possession.
The right to own guns was put into the Constitution by the Founding Fathers to create an environment where people could defend themselves from oppression and the threat of violence. The liberals hate the idea of the public being able to defend themselves because it prevents them from being able to take over the country without resistance.
Newsom’s anti-American bill lets people and the state Attorney General sue gunmakers. Somehow, the Nazi liberals see those that make guns as being irresponsible for producing a product that detours violent behaviors when used the correct way.
The Democrats wrongfully believe that the weapon itself is the problem. They never stop to think that the issue is the person holding the weapon. People do not have to use guns to harm others. They can use any object to inflict harm. The matter comes down to being one of the heart.
For decades, the Democrats have taught people that there is no hope in life. So, kids grow up thinking that there is nothing better than what they see before them in the world. And given that outlook on life, many rationalize that they can take from people and do whatever they want without consequence. And many more use weapons to inflict harm because they are told there’s no hope.
Newsom’s mind is twisted to believe that stationary objects somehow come to life and force people into violent behaviors. The governor rationalizes that the gunmakers are not to be protected by law. He might as well allow toy makers to be sued when a child is hurt by a toy thrown at them by another child.
Newsom also stated, “Nearly every industry is held to account when their products cause harm or injury except the gun industry. Today, California’s going to change that. If you’ve been hurt or a family member is a victim of gun violence, you can now go to court and hold these makers of deadly weapons accountable.”
The new law is bound to draw battles in court. Gunmakers are not responsible for the way their products are used by people any more than a toymaker would be for a child throwing a toy at another kid.
The bill is something that Newsom had put together to strike back at Republicans in Texas that passed a bill that bans abortion after the six-weeks mark. He vowed that he would punish Californians with a twisted law because of what took place in Texas. The governor forgets that he serves the people in California and should not be concerned with what is taking place thousands of miles away.
