If you spent any time on Twitter this past weekend, you may have seen a poll that was getting a significant amount of traffic. Elon Musk asked the masses if Donald Trump should get reinstated on Twitter.
At one point, the poll was getting over a million hits an hour.
Once the timer ended, it became clear: Trump was going to be reinstated.
That’s when the left absolutely LOST. THEIR. MINDS. How could Musk let this happen? Trump will ruin everything.
Actually, it became a bit more hilarious. Clearly, the liberals completely overestimate the amount of power that Donald Trump really has.
David Leavitt had the nerve to ask, “How many Americans will die because @elonmusk brought @realDonaldTrump back onto Twitter? He’s Back and every American who dies because of @realDonaldTrump being back on Twitter is @ElonMusk’s fault.”
Is it really possible that Trump will kill people just because he’s on Twitter? Of course not. However, the left has been duped into believing that Trump created the insurrection of January 6. So, they assume that it’s only a matter of time until there’s an even BIGGER insurrection where lots of people will die.
Of course, they don’t want to pay attention to all of the FBI informants being named that had their hand in the January 6 riot. They won’t even consider the possibility that this was all done by the Democrats to get rid of Trump once and for all.
Actors, actresses, singers and songwriters, and even liberal politicians have been tweeting incessantly about the dangers of allowing Trump back onto the platform.
And many are saying that they will no longer be a part of the platform.
Sure, sure. Just like you were going to move to Canada if Trump became president, right?
If Trump was as guilty as the left believe him to be, he’d be in jail already. The FBI raided Mar-a-Lago and found nothing more than proof that Trump has a large ego. Didn’t we already know that?
If we’re talking about people who shouldn’t be on Twitter, let’s look at the current POTUS. How many times has Biden completely lied to people on the platform? The White House has even been called out on the “information” that they’ve been sharing.
We have to remember that Twitter is not a news outlet. It is categorized as social media. It is a form of media that allows people to be social with one another. If there are lies and truths, it is up to us to discern. People can say what they want – and yet the left doesn’t want to allow that to happen.
ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt wants to pin everything that could happen on Elon Musk, identifying “ he is not remotely serious about safeguarding the platform from hate, harassment and misinformation.”
Trump isn’t going to harass anyone. At least, not unless they harass him first. AOC should have been banned long ago if Twitter is supposed to be safeguarding against hate and harassment. As for misinformation, should we just start calling out anyone and everyone who has an opinion that differs from the leftist agenda?
