NY Supreme Court: State Can’t Stop Texas from Dumping Illegal Aliens

New York City Mayor Eric Adams has been whining ever since he’s been in office that hordes of illegal aliens have taken the Big Apple’s virtue signaling about being a “sanctuary city” seriously. Don’t the invaders realize they’re supposed to move to red states and vote illegally? Mayor Adams is so worried about how Joe Biden’s illegals are destroying the city that he sued to stop Texas Gov. Gregg Abbott from busing more of them in. New York’s state Supreme Court just delivered Adams some bad news.

Adams’ lawsuit was truly underhanded. He sued the bus companies that contracted with the Texas Division of Emergency Management. Adams and the ACLU tried to sue the bus companies for $700 million to cover the costs of coddling the invaders. The suit claimed that the bus companies were dropping illegals off “without providing a means of support.”

Wait, didn’t Joe Biden just invite these people in without providing them a means of support? Plus, hasn’t New York City been bragging for the past 20 years or so that illegal aliens are always welcome to seek sanctuary there?

At any rate, the New York Supreme Court rejected the lawsuit and refused to impose a temporary injunction stopping Texas from busing in more illegals.

Texas is having a very good week when it comes to court battles with the Democrats. The federal Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals also ruled in the state’s favor. The court says Texas can continue placing buoys in the Rio Grande River to stop illegal aliens from destroying the country.

Gov. Abbott and his citizens are very happy that Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton managed to secure back-to-back wins in two separate cases.
