John Morgan of Morgan & Morgan, is a lawyer and a top donor for the Biden campaign. However, he has taken extreme offense over what happened at the debate and has decided to sue three of Biden’s aides for “political malpractice.”

According to Morgan, “Biden’s advisers failed him.” He goes on to explain how the format was a disaster and because he was forced to over practice, he was too drained to perform at his best.

Those he’s holding responsible for the disaster include White House senior adviser Anita Dunn, Biden’s personal attorney Bob Bauer, and former White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain. Bauer is Dunn’s husband, by the way.

This little fact hasn’t been lost on Morgan. He commented in an interview with the New York Times, “Biden has for too long been fooled by the value of Anita Dunn and her husband. They need to go… TODAY. The grifting is gross. It was political malpractice.”

Sources have said that Biden’s family have been critical of the trio, yet Biden himself have continued to trust the three.

Klain was the one who was supposed to ensure Biden was prepared. However, rather than being prepared, Biden was overloaded with stats, which is why he looked so pale at the debate.

As a top donor, Morgan is more than a little concerned. With Biden’s performance showing how quickly he lost his train of thought throughout the CNN debate, he’s sparked a significant amount of panic throughout the party. It’s likely that there will be more donors, like Morgan, who will be coming forward to point out political malpractice and more.

A lawsuit isn’t likely to fix anything. The reality is that Biden is flailing. He’s proving that he’s exhausted and does not have the stamina required of a US president.
