Biden Gets Desperate, To Use Capitol Police Against Trump

If you haven’t heard, things aren’t exactly shaping up the way Joe Biden and his party wanted them to, at least regarding the 2024 election and its campaigns. And so, they are attempting to pull out all of the stops and the big guns.

Their most “gun”: Capitol Police.

No, they aren’t sending police after Trump in any sort of legal way. Even though he’s been convicted, that’s a state matter, not a federal one.

Instead, Biden is using a few former and current Capitol Police officers, who were present on January 6, 2021, when the Capitol building was overrun with protesters, to campaign for him in swing states where he’s currently lacking in the polls.

As CBS News reported, “Former Sgt. Aquilino Gonell, former US Capitol Police officer Harry Dunn, and DC police officer Danny Hodges will act as surrogates for the campaign in states including Nevada, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, and New Hampshire in the weeks and months ahead.”

Undoubtedly, the plan is for these individuals to speak on behalf of Biden or, more to the point, against Trump. As the outlet reported, they will “underscore Trump’s praise for the Jan.6 rioters,” hoping to paint him as a “dictator.”

The problem with this line of thinking, of course, is that it’s already been done. I mean, isn’t that what the Biden campaign and Biden’s DOJ have been attempting to do for months now. Trump is literally facing four separate legal battles, all on very similar trumped-up charges.

Yet, according to all the polls, the former president is only growing in popularity – especially since the NYC jury found him guilty of the hush-money case.

But the Democrats are persistent, if nothing else. And so, they’ll continue to try…

Too bad none of it will work.
